Job Description
• Reviews all Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) reports received from manufacturing partners and prepares APQR reports other than those received from the manufacturers within the prescribed time frame.
• Maintains timelines for APQR operations and also the annual APQR list.
• Follows up quarterly to obtain APQRs from manufacturing partners.
• Collaborates with the different JAMP business areas and business partners, gathers the information required to prepare the APQRs not provided by the manufacturers.
• Escalates non-compliant results and risk potentials based on the APQR results.
• Communicates highlights from APQRs and proposes preventive and/or corrective actions (CAPAs) as appropriate.
• Communicates verbally or in writing with the various partners in order to obtain answers to questions concerning the information provided in relation to the PQRA.
• Collaborates with other Quality Assurance departments as needed.
• Promotes quality on a daily basis in dealing with the various JAMP business areas.
