Qualification & Experience : 1. D Pharm (2yrs)certificate by DME or equivalent course approved by paramedical council. 2. Pharmacy council Registration

Age Limit : 40 as on 01.02.2025

Salary : 17000/-

General Terms & Conditions
1. Selection will be based on qualification, examination in needed cases and performance in the interview
2. The successful candidate will be appointed on Contract basis. The District Health & Family Welfare Society, Kottayam, at its discretion based on the performance and integrity of the successful candidate may extend the period of contract.
3.The selected candidates will be government by the rules and regulations of NHM in force from time to time.
4. Applications if found to be incomplete/not in prescribed format or without necessary supporting documents attached will be summarily rejected.
5. Persons who have been terminated from National Health Mission as part of disciplinary proceedings are ineligible to apply.

6. Candidates are requested to bring originals of ID proof and certificates prescribed as per qualification at the time of interview.
7. The District Health & Family Welfare society reserves the right to cancel/alter/modify this notification, if needed,so arises without further notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
8. The District Health & Family Welfare society reserves the right to cancel the candidate from the selection list at any stage of posting in the absence of relevant certificates or records.
