The Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC) is an Autonomous Body under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India primarily with the objectives of regularly updating the Indian Pharmacopoeia by publishing new edition and its addenda, National Formulary of India and other related tasks such as preparing, certification and distribution of reference substances & functions as National Coordination Centre (NCC) for Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI).
Post : Jr. Pharmacovigilance Associate
Looking forward for the qualified personnel for the post of Pharmacovigilance Associate (01) for Department of Pharmacology, Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS), Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh - 517507 (Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Centre under PvPI) on Contract basis.
Essential Qualification : Master degree in Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacy Practice, and Clinical Research. OR Pharm. D/ MBBS/BDS from a recognised university/Institute.
Desirable Qualification : One year experience in drug safety/Pharmacovigilance
Age : Not exceeding 28 years
Salary : 26,250/- per month
Job Description
1. Collection of ADR Reports.
2. Processing of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and managing them in VigiFlow.
3. Quality review, Clinical Review & Statistical review of ICSRs in Drug Safety database.
4. Any other work assigned by Competent Authority from time to time.
