Project Title : Pharmacological Intervention using α-Klotho with AT1 Receptor Blocker and Sodium- Glucose Co-Transporter 2 (SGLT-2) Inhibitor against Diabetic Kidney Disease Funding Agency : Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF)
Principal Investigator (PI) : Prof. Gaikwad Anil Bhanudas, Department of Pharmacy
Project Tenure : 2 Years
Job Description : The candidate will carry out the proposed work of the project. He/She will validate the in-vitro and in-vivo DKD model and conduct molecular biology experiments and data analysis. Well-versed in animal handling, in-vitro work, molecular biology techniques, and pharmacology work. He/she will also write the research papers in indexed journals, conferences, and patents.
Qualification : First class M.Pharm in Pharmacology / M.S. Pharm in Pharmacology and Toxicology / Regulatory Toxicology
Desirable : GPAT qualified
Upper Age Limit : Age not exceeding 32 years as of the date of the interview. Age relaxation is allowed up to 5 years for SC/ST/PH/OBC/WOMEN candidates.
Fellowship : 37,000/- per month for GPAT -qualified candidates.
25,000/- per month for non- GPAT qualified candidates
Registration for PhD .: Selected candidates may be permitted to register for the PhD program of BITS Pilani subject to fulfilling the requirements of the PhD qualification process as per the institute norms.
