Job Description
• Brand Strategy : Drive science-based marketing strategies, focusing on PvP (Product vs. Product), CvP (Customer vs. Product), positioning, and differentiation to create unique brand identities.
• Marketing Planning & Execution : Take ownership of planning, implementing, and executing marketing activities in line with the brand’s calendar, brand plan, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
• Budget & ROI Management : Oversee the marketing budget for assigned brands, ensuring all activities are aligned with expected ROI and are tracked for efficiency.
• Digital Marketing Oversight : Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website content, email marketing, and social media, ensuring a seamless online presence.
• Market Research & Data Analysis: Collect and analyze market and industry data, providing valuable insights to improve marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities regularly to refine brand communication and identify areas for improvement or innovation.
Candidate Profile
Graduation/Masters in Pharmacy / Biotechnology, with an MBA preferred, and 2-5 years’ experience in Bangalore
