Central Research Institute (CRI) is pioneer in the field of vaccines not only in India but in the world. Founded on 3rd of May 1905, the Institute was originally established with a mandate of research work in the field of medical and public health, manufacture of vaccines and antisera, human resource development and to act as a national referral centre for public health problems. The contribution of the Institute towards vaccine production during the period of the Second World War for the immunization of troops to keep them fighting fit, finds no parallel.
Post : Dispenser
Applications are invited for one post of Dispenser, General Central Services, Group "C" (Non-Gazetted , Non Ministerial in the pay Level-4 (Rs. 25500-81100) (Pay Band-1 Rs. 5200-20200 Plus Grade Pay Rs. 2400) in Central Research Institute, Kasauli Under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, The post is required to be filled by Deputation/absorption failing which by direct recruitment.
For Deputation/absorption : From the officers under the Central or the State Governments:-
i) Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre; or
ii) with eight years regular services on regular basis in the parent cadre in level-2 ( Rs. 19900-63200)
Note 1:- The qualification are relaxable at the discretion of the Central Government in case of candidate's otherwise well qualified for reasons to be recorded in writing.
Note 2 :- The qualifications regarding experience are relaxable at the discretion of the Central Government in the case of candidate's belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribe if, at any stage of selection the Central Government is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidate's with the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancy reserved for them.
iii) possessing the educational qualifications and experience prescribed for direct recruitment Educational and other qualifications required for direct recruits : -
1. 12th Class Pass or equivalent from recognized Board; and
2. Qualified Pharmacist as recognized under clause 'c' of Section 31 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
Note 1:- The departmental candidate working in the institution and possessing the qualification as laid down in column (7) with eight years regular service in level-2 ( Rs. 19900-63200) shall also be considered and in case he/she is selected for appointment to the post it would be treated as having been filled by absorption.
Note 2 :- Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately in the same organization/department shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
iv) The person selected with be entitled to draw pay deputation allowance in accordance with Department of Personal & Training O.M. 2/11/2017-Estt. ( Pay -II) dated 24.11.2017 and as amended time to time.
The applications of suitable officers who are willing and eligible for the post and who can be spared immediately in the event of selection may be forwarded, through proper channel, duly verified to the undersigned within 45 days of publication in Employment News, in the prescribed proforma, alongwith ACR dossiers for the last 5 years, integrity Certificate, Vigilance Clearance and statement giving details of major or minor penalties imposed on the officer, if any, etc.
The candidate once selected for the post will not be allowed to withdraw the candidature under any circumstance. Incomplete application shall not be entertained.
