Universiti Malaya, or UM, Malaysia's oldest university, is situated on a 922 acre (373.12 hectare) campus in the southwest of Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. It was founded on 28 September 1905 in Singapore as the King Edward VII College of Medicine and on 8th October 1949, it became the Universiti Malaya with the merger of the King Edward VII College of Medicine and Raffles College (founded in 1928).

Project Title : Exploring Chitosan-Coated Lipid Nanoparticles-Microalgae Microbot for Rifampicin And Isoniazid Pulmonary Delivery In Tuberculosis.
Candidate Profile
• Holding a Master's Degree by Research/Coursework/Mixed mode.
AND
• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Sciences/Biotechnology/ Biomedical Sciences or other related field with CCPA 3.00 and above.
OR
• Holding a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy/ Pharmaceutical Sciences/ Biotechnology / Biomedical Sciences or other related field with CCPA 3.5 and above.
• Strong interest and willingness to explore drug formulation/delivery.
• Hard-working, self-motivated, independent, requires minimal supervision, resourceful, diligent, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Experience in drug formulation or cell culture will be an added advantage
• Opportunity to pursue both Provisionally Registered Pharmacist (PRP) and PhD together.
Allowance : RM 2000 / month for successful candidate
