Injectable Quality Assurance
IPQA, Validation / Qualification & QMS
Executive / Sr. Executive : B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 2-10 years of relevant experience. The job requires knowledge of IPQA, equipment validation / qualification & QMS roles.
Proof Reader
Executive / Sr. Executive : Candidates should hail from English Literature background, preferably CBSE board. Candidates having technical writing experience will be an added advantage. Pharma background is not necessary.
Documentation Cell
Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager : B.Pharm / M.Pharm Candidates with 7-10 years of experience into documentation Cell for Pharma Industry. The job requires knowledge of IPQA, Equipment Validation / Qualification & QMS roles.
Data Quality / Reliability : Associate Manager : B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. with 10-12 years of experience in Data Reliability investigation role with Pharma Industry. The job requires knowledge of Data Quality and Data Reliability.
Injectable Production
Autoclave, Compounding, Vial Washing / Tunnel / Capping & Lyophilizer Operator : D.Pharm / DME / ITI with 1-7 years of relevant experience in operating production machines like Autoclave, Compounding, Washing / Tunnel / Capping & Lyophilizer.
Compounding / Autoclave & Aseptic Filling Sr. Executive : B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 3-7 years of relevant experience in the Batch Manufacturing area & Aseptic Filling activities.
Injectable Q.C.
Q.C. Chemical Analyst
Executive / Sr. Executive : B.Sc. – Chemical / M.Sc.- Chemical, with more than 3 years of experience as Analyst role with Pharma background.
Q.C. Microbiology Reviewer
Executive / Sr. Executive : B.Sc.- Microbiology / M.Sc.- Microbiology candidates with more than 5 years of experience as reviewer role with Pharma background.
QC-Microbiology Analyst
Executive / Sr. Executive : B.Sc.- Microbiology / M.Sc.- Microbiology with more than 3 years of experience as analyst role with Pharma background.
Environmental Monitoring
Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive : BSc – Microbiology / MSc – Microbiology with 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Q.C. – environmental monitoring section.
Injectable Packing Operator
Associates / Sr. Associate : Diploma in any stream with 5-10 years of experience in pharma injectable. Candidates would be responsible for operating and troubleshooting Labelling machine, Check Weigher, Track and Trace system, executing documentation (batch packing record) and managing machine logs.
Injectable Packing Supervisor
Executive / Sr. Executive : B.E / B.Tech / B.Pharma with 1-4 years of experience in Pharma Injectable. Candidates would be responsible for supervising and troubleshooting labelling machine, check weigher and Track and Trace system, executing documentation (batch packing record), managing machine logs, managing manpower and ensuring proper resource utilization.
Lyophilizer Supervisor
Executive / Sr. Executive : B.E / B.Tech / B.Pharma / M.Sc. with 1-5 years of Experience in Pharma Injectable. Candidates would be responsible for operating and troubleshooting Lyophilizer process, executing documentation (batch packing record), managing machine logs, deviation investigation preparation.
Injectable – Engineering Calibration
Executive / Sr. Executive : B. E / B. Tech - instrumentation with 2-7 years of experience in Pharma Injectable. Candidates should have knowledge of calibration of field instruments with execution and they should manage the team individually. They would be responsible for coordinating with vendor for timely execution of calibration activity as per schedule, developing new vendor for effective cost saving with quality, handling QMS elements such as change control, deviation, CAPA, QRM, SOP preparation etc., SAP entry for creation of master data with respect to equipment, instrument, PM / calibration planner etc.
Apprentice – Production : Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing / Tunnel / Capping / Packing / Visual Inspection – 12th / ITI / D. Pharm / B.Pharm candidates from Government college only.
Apprentice – Engineering : Diploma – Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation / ITI – Electrical, MMCP, RFM, Instrumentation, Fitter, etc., from Government college only.
FTE – Production & Packing : 12th / ITI with 1-2 years of relevant experience in operating production machines like Autoclave, Compounding, Washing / Tunnel / Capping & Lyophilizer.
FTE – Packing : 12th / ITI with 1-2 years of relevant experience in operating visual inspection of filled and sealed vial.
Candidates having experience in Injectables can only attend the interviews for all the posts. For all the positions of Injectable, candidates having exposure to USFDA regulatory requirements is essential.
Note :
(1) All the employees will be working in shifts according to work allocation.
(2) The Shift Deployment for Male Candidates will be A/B/C and for Female Candidates the shift allocation will be A/G (Day Shift) Candidates can walk in with a recent copy of their resume with copies of relevant qualification certificates/mark sheets, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, latest increment letter, experience letter of previous organizations if any, and salary slips for the last 3 months.
