Job Description
• A skilled individual with leadership positions overseeing manufacturing operations & heading efficient business operations like technical manufacturing, capacity planning and creations, operational efficiency and excellence, technology transfer and statuary compliance including international regulatory.
• An aspirational leader with exceptional delivery focus, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills; demonstrated ability to fulfill targets under duress and within deadlines; and ability to deal with multicultural teams.
• Managing the business unit's timely deliveries, quality/cost, and sales performance, as well as new product development.
• Responsible for overall plant head activity, providing required inputs for production planning, budget, product delivery to market on time.
• Proficient in handling responsibilities for various facilities starting from commissioning to commercialization including qualification, validation and regulatory approvals.
• Top brass in streamlining operations, simplification of processes, development of process improvement methods, and promotion of a collaborative work atmosphere in order to increase productivity.
• Expertise in strategic planning, plant operations, production and shop floor management, planning and control, compliance audits, process improvement, and vendor development.
• Pioneer who thrives on spearheading operations programs & projects while increasing productivity and enhancing performance.
• Explicit in cGMP aspects related to manufacturing, quality, other departmental operations, developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement.
• Process and Equipment trouble shooter, Production planning and productivity improvement, optimise manpower utilisation,
plant revenue and capex control, Equipment Instrument Compliance for Regulatory, Plant Expansion projects, Regulatory and Local Legal
Compliances, Effective Tracking and implementation of overall plant activities, Effective CAPA's to reduce market complaints also
access and implement proactive CAPAs, Streamline and clean, clear documentation concept, QMS, Training for facing audits and on regulatory issues.
• Proficiency in organizing, developing, and executing transfer of technology, diagnosing high-end technology, process improvement, manufacturing services, and contractor audits associated with these activities.
