District N.C.D Cell, Rajkot under National Health Mission and various programs under NHM/NUHM at District level, DH, SDH, Aash Central Taluka Level, UPHC, UHWC are hereby notified to fill the following posts on a purely temporary basis on contract basis for 11 months and to create a waiting list for the same. Post : Pharmacist (RBSK, NUHM)
The following are the details showing the required qualification, age specification, maximum monthly salary and experience specification for the above post.
No of posts : 10 (RBSK-05, NUHM-05)
Qualification : 1) Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy from Government recognized University/College and registered with Gujarat Pharma Council and should be in current status
2) Computer literate experience preferred
Note – Merit will be based on 50% of the marks of class-12th and 50% of the marks of pharmacy course and candidates with computer knowledge and experience will be given preference.
Age Limit : Maximum 40 years
Salary : Rs. 13,000/- pm
1. Candidate's application received online at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in only will be accepted. Applications received by RPAD/Speed Post/Courier/ Ordinary Post/In person or by any other mode will not be accepted.
2. A copy of the legible original document must be uploaded in the software
3. In case the candidates have renewed their registration with the concerned council, they have to create and upload a PDF file along with the registration certificate along with the renewal receipt/slip/.
4. With incomplete details, candidate should have requisite educational qualification, experience certificate, H.Sc. If the Graduate's Attempt Certificate, Council Registration Certificate and other necessary certificates are not attached, such applications will be considered invalid.
5. The age limit will be calculated on the last date of receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement i.e. in case of all candidates the last date of receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit will be taken into consideration as 09-02-2024.
6. A candidate cannot apply more than once for a single post
7. The recruitment process will be done on the basis of merit as per the guidelines of the Govt. In case of identical merit the age of the candidate will be higher. It will be given priority.
8. The final decision regarding the appointment will be subject to the prevailing conditions of the Mission Director, District Health Society and Chief District Health Officer and the National Health Mission.
9. All the eligible candidates among the applied candidates on the date fixed by the office here. Attendance for document verification at time and place at own expense. The candidature of the candidate absent on that day will be considered cancelled
10. The appointed candidate cannot be transferred to another district.
