Ministry of Ayush launched the Centrally Sponsored Scheme of National Ayush Mission (NAM) on 15.09.2014 for implementing through States/UTs. The National Ayush Mission (NAM) was approved for its further continuation till March, 2020 by Cabinet in 2017. As per the Department of Expenditure’s O.M. dated 10th January, 2020, the on-going Schemes were approved for interim extension up to 31.03.2021. Union Cabinet also approved operationalization of 12,500 Ayush Health and Wellness Centres (AHWCs) component under AYUSHMAN BHARAT for implementation through National Ayush Mission with a financial outlay of Rs. 3399.35 Crores for a period of 5 years upto 2023-24.

Eligible local candidates having the following qualifications and processing the requisite documents may walk-in for interview for appointment in a total of numbers of posts in National AYUSH Mission under Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Sikkim for a period of one year on purely on contractual basis for 50 Bedded AYUSH Hospital, Kyongsha, Gyalshing.
No of posts : 02 (Ayurveda-1 Homeopathy-1)
Consolidated Pay : Rs. 10,000/- per month
Qualification : Class XII passed with Diploma in Pharmacy in Ayurveda and Homeopathy from a recognized University /Institute.
Age : 18-40 Years

(iii) Valid Employment Card
(iv) Birth proof
(v) Degree from NCISM recognized University along with the Internship Completion Certificate (for the post of Medical Officer)
(vi) Registration Certificate with the respective Council ( for the post of Medical officer and Staff Nurses)
(vii) Diploma in respective field (for the post of StalT Nurse, Ayurveda pharmacist, Homeopathy pharmacist, Laboratory Technician and Panchakarma Technician)
(viii) Class X. XII passed certificate and mark sheet.
(ix) Minimum Class IV passed mark sheet and certificate (lor the post of Masseurs(Panchakarma Attendant) and Cook)
(x) Certificate in Hotel Management/Experience Certificate (for the post of Cook)
(xi) Experience Certificate (if any)
