Skills Required - MBA with B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy, with 8-10 years of experience, out of which a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development (Formulation)

Job Description
• Pre-sales : Identifying new leads and converting them to new business opportunities.
• Sales activities : Understanding client's requirements and other related information for framing proposals, negotiation, and closure of business contracts.
• Identifies market trends, assesses market potential, and develops strategies to grow the company's formulation development business.
• Organizing promotional programs and participation in exhibitions for greater brand visibility including fixing meetings around conferences with potential clients.
• Meet /exceed the business closure targets from the assigned territory.
• To support the marketing team in promotional activities
• Responsible for maintaining momentum with customer relationships and developing strategic partnerships.
• The ability to work independently as well as coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide timely customer support and define interfaces with internal resources, as necessary.
