All-India Institute of Medical Sciences was established as an institution of national importance by an Act of Parliament with the objects to develop patterns of teaching in Undergraduate and Post-graduate Medical Education in all its branches so as to demonstrate a high standard of Medical Education in India; to bring together in one place educational facilities of the highest order for the training of personnel in all important branches of health activity; and to attain self-sufficiency in Post-graduate Medical Education.
Post : Research Associate 1
Applications are invited for post of one Research Associate (RA) in a ICMR funded project entitled Anemia. Exploring the role of vitamin D, essential elements and lifestyle in Indian population.
Minimum qualifications and experience : Essential :
MSc / M.Pharm with three year research/teaching experience and with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed journal.
OR
PhD or equivalent degree with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed journal.
Desirable :
1. Skill in the handling viral vectors and knockdown studies, high end molecular biology, cell culture techniques, primary cell culture-based assays and animal handling
2. Publication to support above desirable skill-set
Monthly emoluments : Rs 58000/-pm + 27% HRA
Age Limit : 40 Years
