Job Description
• Provide Business analytics support to Novartis internal customers on various high complexity analytical reports.
• Developing Qlik Reports based on mockups or customer requirements.
• Creation and maintenance of the technical and specification documentation based on the customer requirement for audit purpose.
• Deliver services through structured project management and timely communication throughout the delivery of services.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs for all outputs within the function.
• Stay in sync with all internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and other internal systems and processes.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy / Life Sciences
• Experience (+ years) in business analytics in a market research firm or pharmaceutical company or Pharma KPO
• VBA and MS-Access knowledge will be an added advantage
• Advanced expertise in BI tools like Qlik/ /Alteryx/SQL
• Hands-on experience with the following: Qlik Sense development, data visualization, data modelling
• In-depth understanding of Pharma databases
• Earlier experience on Pharma/ healthcare could be beneficial
• Proven analytical and logical skills
• Problem-solving attitude
