The Regional Cancer Centre (RCC), Thiruvananthapuram is an internationally recognised centre providing state-of-the-art facilities for cancer diagnosis, treatment, palliation and rehabilitation and conducting a wide range of research on various type of cancers. This state-owned premier cancer care hospital and research centre is one among 28 centres in India operating under the 'National Cancer Control Programme' of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India.
Post : Project Assistant
Applications are invited for the post of Project Assistant in the Division of Medical Oncology, Regional Cancer Centre, Thiruvananthapuram.
Essential qualification : M.Sc Life Science / Biotechnology / Clinical Research / Allied Sciences or B.Sc Degree in Life Science / Clinical Research / MLT / Biotechnology I Nursing / Medical Sciences with 2 years experience.
Desirable qualification : Experience in computer application and data management. Clinical trial experience / GCP certificate is desirable.
Upper Age limit : 40 years (Relaxation of upper age limit is admissible to eligible candidates as per rules).
Period : Initial appointment on a contract basis will be for a period of one year or till the completion of the Project, whichever is earlier.
Emoluments : Rs:- 23,000/-
