Post : Manager - Translational Biomarker Biostatistics
Job Description
As a biomarker statistician, this role provides technical support in terms of experimental design, data analysis, output generation and statistical interpretation of biomarker data from late phase oncology clinical trials and external collaborations projects. The biomarker statistician works independently and leads to deliver analytical support for biomarker data sets informing clinical trials and testing research hypotheses.
Candidate Profile
Pfizer is known for its innovative products and Clinical Development is at the forefront of bringing these new molecules to patients. We are looking for professionals with Masters or Ph.D degree in Statistics or Biostatistics with at least 4 years of business experience (prior biomarker experience a plus, but not an expectation); and an open and curious mindset to be willing to handle big data (genomic data). Strong programming/coding skills in R (preferred) or SAS with capability to apply statistical methods to prospective design, clinical trials and/or analysis of observational studies would be preferred.
