Applications are invited through offline mode (Physical applications) from the eligible candidates for recruitment to the below mentioned posts on Outsourcing basis under the control of Director of Medical Education to work in Government General Hospital Vijayawada, Krishna district.
Post : Pharmacist Gr-II

Remuneration per month : Rs. 28,000/-
Method of recruitment : contract
Qualification : Candidate must have passed SSC or its equivalent exam and must have passed Dip. In Pharmacy (or) B. Pharmacy from the recognized institution. Candidates must have registered their name in A.P. Pharmacy Council and valid as on the date of notification. Candidates must have Computer knowledge for attending e-Aushadhi work.
CRITERIA & WEIGHTAGE (TOTAL MARKS 100)
Aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination : 75%
Weightage for experience of Govt. Service including contract/outsourcing service : Up to 15%
i) 2.5 marks per Six months in Tribal area.
ii)2.0 marks per Six months in Rural area.
iii)1.0 marks per Six months in Urban areas COVID duties i) @ 5 Marks per six months
ii) @ 10 Marks per one year
iii) @ 15 Marks per 1 Year 6 Months
Iv) @ 0.8333 Marks per 1 month
Weightage for No. of years since passing qualifying examination : Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 mark per completed year after acquiring requisite qualification
Based on Covid-19 duties :
(i) @5 marks per Six months
(ii) @10 marks per one year.
(iii)@15 marks per one year six months (as per GO.Ms.No.7 HM&FW(B2) Dept., dated:- 06-01-2022)
Application Fee
Each applicant must pay application process fee of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) by way of Crossed demand draft for Rs.300/- drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of “The Chairman, Hospital Development Society” Government General Hospital, Vijayawada. Applications received without Demand Draft will be rejected.
Age
The minimum and maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01.07.2021 with the relaxations allowed by the government. The candidates should not have completed 42 years of age as on 01.07.2021.
a) For SC’s / ST’s and BC’s relaxation will be for 05 years.
b) For Ex-servicemen 03 years in addition to the length of service in armed forces.
c) For Physically Challenged Persons 10 years.
Rule of Reservation
General Rule 22 and 22-A of AP State and Subordinate Service Rules will apply including women reservation. 10% of the posts are reserved for Economically Weaker Sections as per the roster points fixed by the government vide G.O.Ms.No. 73 GAD dated: 04.08.2021.
RULE OF RESERVATION TO LOCAL CANDIDATES
Reservation to local candidates is 80% and rest of the 20% is open for all. The candidates claiming reservation as local candidate should enclose the required study certificates from 4th class to 10th class issued by the concerned school authorities. In case of candidates who studied privately should submit residence certificate issued by concerned Tahsildar for a period of 07 years preceding to 10th class.
Other service Conditions
1. The appointments are purely temporary and on contract / outsourcing basis as mentioned above.
2. The candidates should work in Government General Hospital Vijayawada or in any other place according to the need of the department.
3. The candidates should reside at their bonafied headquarters.
The filled-in applications to be submitted to the Superintendent, Government General Hospital Vijayawada in person / By Registered Post to reach this office by 05.00 PM on 16.02.2022. Application received after 16.02.2022 will not be accepted under any circumstances.
