Applications are invited for the following Posts on Contract / Out Sourcing Basis under the control of DCHS, Vizianagaram. Applications shall submit to the DCHS Office, District Hospital Campus, Vizianagaram in the prescribed format.
ROR points for to be filled posts : VH-Local-1 HH-Local-1
Remuneration per month : Rs. 28,000/-
Method of recruitment : contract
Qualification : • D-Pharmacy /B-Pharmacy/ M-Pharmacy from any Govt./Govt.reg. Institutions which are Registered in Pharmacy Council).
• Must have registered and updated renewal.
CRITERIA & WEIGHTAGE (TOTAL MARKS 100)
Aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination : 75%
Weightage for experience of Govt. Service including contract/outsourcing service : Up to 15%
i) 2.5 marks per Six months in Tribal area.
ii)2.0 marks per Six months in Rural area.
iii)1.0 marks per Six months in Urban areas COVID duties i) @ 5 Marks per six months
ii) @ 10 Marks per one year
iii) @ 15 Marks per 1 Year 6 Months
Iv) @ 0.8333 Marks per 1 month
Weightage for No. of years since passing qualifying examination : Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 mark per completed year after acquiring requisite qualification
Based on Covid-19 duties :
(i) @5 marks per Six months
(ii) @10 marks per one year.
(iii)@15 marks per one year six months (as per GO.Ms.No.7 HM&FW(B2) Dept., dated:- 06-01-2022)
Age
• Upper age limit is 42 years. Age will be reckoned as on 01.07.2021 with relaxations as applicable.
• Relaxations will be as follows:
i. For SC, ST, BC candidates: 05 (Five) years.
ii. For Ex-service men: 03 (Three) years in addition to the length of service in armed forces.
iii. For differently abled persons: 10 (Ten) years & the maximum age limit is 50 Years with all relaxations put together.
All posts reserved only for local candidates. Non local candidates are not eligible.
Local : The district in which he/she studied 07 years before 10th class is local district.
Or The district in which he/she resided of 07 years before 10th class study is local district.
