Applications are invited through off-line mode (Physical applications) from eligible candidates for various posts to work purely on contract& Out-sourcing basis in APVVP Hospitals of Ananthapuramu District.

Educational Qualifications
a) Candidates must have passed SSC or its equivalent exam. And mush have passed in Dip.Pharmacy or B.Pharmacy from the recognized institutions by Govt.,of AP.
b) Candidates must be registered in the AP. Pharmacy Council.
c) Pharma.D (Doctor of Pharmacy) candidates are not eligible.

Age : 18–42 Yrs

Application Fee
Applicant must enclose a demand draft towards application processing fee as given below; (if candidate is eligible for more than one post is required to enclose demand draft for each post and apply for each post separately).
a) For OC candidates................................... = Rs.300/-
b) For SC/ST/BC/EWS candidates.......... = Rs.200/-
c) For Physically challenged candidates.. = Exempted

Reservation
1. There will be Local / Non-local reservations will be followed as per guidelines
2. Rule of reservation will be followed as per rules in force.
3. Evaluation of various Physical Disabilities and procedure for certifications will be as per order contained in G.O.Ms.No.56, WD,CW&DW(DW) Dept., Dt.02.12.2003 and G.O.Ms.No.31, WD,CW&DW(DW) Dept., Dt.01.12.2009.

Selection Process & Service Weightage
Aggregate marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination : 75%
Weight age up to the maximum of 15% marks will be to the staff working in 104 (MMU) in HDS / CDS / Aarogyasri / Trauma care / APSACS / COVID-19 staff and other government of India schemes on contract / outsourcing basis : Up to 15%
i) @2.5 marks for six months in tribal area
ii) @2.0 marks for six months in rural area
iii) @1.0 marks for six months in Urban area Based on Covid-19 duties
1. @5 Marks in 06 months
2. @10 Marks in 01 Year
3. @15 Marks in 01 year 06 Months No marks will be given for the service rendered less than six months
Weight age for number for years since passing qualifying examination : @ 1.0 marks for completed year after acquiring requisite qualification subject to a maximum of 10 marks.

How to apply
1. Applications are invited through off-line mode (Physical applications) from eligible candidates for various posts to work purely on contract& Out-sourcing basis in APVVP Hospitals of Ananthapuramu District.
2. The candidate is required to download the application forms from website (ananthapuramu.ap.gov.in/) and the copy of application form along with necessary documents shall submitin-person/by Registered post from 10.00 AM of 17.02.2022 to 05.00 PM of 21.02.2022 (and 21.02.2022 is the last date for submission of applications in-person/registered post). This office is not responsible for postal delay if any and applications received after 05.00 PM of 21.02.2022 will not accepted in any circumstances.
3. The filled-in applications along with necessary documents shall submit at office of the District Coordinator of Hospital Services (APVVP), Government General Hospital campus, Ananthapuramu.
4. The selection to the posts will be on the basis of final general merit cum rule of reservation.
5. The applicant is required to visit the Ananthapuramu District official website regularly to keep himself/herself updated until completion of the recruitment process. The website information is final for all correspondence. No individual correspondence by any means will be entertained under any circumstances.
6. All desirous and eligible candidates shall apply after satisfying themselves as per the terms and conditions of this recruitment notification.
