Vacancy for Project Assistant for INDO-UK collaborative project

Institute of Life Sciences(ILS), Bhubaneswar an autonomous Institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India is an emerging multidisciplinary institute engaged in advanced research invites applications from Indian Nationals to join in the following position in INDO-UK collaborative project “The development and implementation of sensors and treatment technologies for freshwater systems in India ".

Post : Project Assistant (01 No)

Remuneration : Rs. 22,000/- (Consolidated)
Age limit : The upper age limit of the candidate should be below 32 years as on last date of application. Age relaxation will be given to the candidates as per Govt. of India rules.
Eligibility : Candidates must hold an M.Sc degree with first class in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biological sciences or allied subjects with two years’ research experience. Practical knowledge and experiences in Microbial genomics is required. Preference will be given to the candidates having interest in Bioinformatics and computational biology

The appointment will be for the period up to 30.09.2021. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The decision of the Director regarding selection of candidates will be final and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
