Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy was established in 1993 in remembrance of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Ji and Sahibzada Jujhar Singh Ji, the elder two sons of tenth Guru of Sikhs, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji. The college is managed by ‘Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College, Bela’ society through a Managing committee established in 1975. The Pharmacy College was started with Diploma in Pharmacy course with the objective of fulfilling requirement of technical knowledge and to make youth employable in this rural backward area of Bela, Ropar, which was later upgraded to Bachelor in Pharmacy in year 2000.

• To conduct examination and declare the result as per the academic calendar
• To maintain all the records of examination.
• To maintain decorum, discipline and secrecy of all section of examination.
Controller of Examination (01) : Professor in Pharmaceutical Science and Having Experience of more than 10 years of Conducting Examinations in Pharmacy Institutes.
Deputy Controller of Examination (02) : Assistant Professor in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Having Experience of More than 03 Years of Conducting Examinations in Pharmacy
