Deputy Manager
Department : QC
Experience : 8 Yrs. to 12 Yrs.
Job Location : Jadcherla (Telangana)
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for QMS activities in QC.
2. Responsible for cGLP and cGMP compliance.
3. Responsible for coordinating with QA for Audits and Joint analysis.
4. Responsible for handling of 00S, OOT, Incidents, Change controls, Deviations, CAPA and Risk Assessments and Laboratory Incident reports of Quality control laboratory.
5. Preparation, revision and review of SOPs, STPs, Specifications and GTPs and Worksheets related to product testing.
6. Testing, documentation, review and release of In-process, Batch release. Stability and Miscellaneous samples.
7. Responsible for training of QC analysts and new joiners related to product testing.
8. Preparation, revision and review of analytical method validation protocols and reports related to product testing.
9. Preparation, revision and review of miscellaneous protocols and reports related to product testing.

Deputy Manager

Job Responsibilities
1. Preparation, revision and Maintenance of SOPs, STPs, Specifications, GTPs, stability protocol, reports and Worksheets related to product testing.
2. Preparation and revision of analytical method validation, qualification, and miscellaneous protocols related to product testing.
3. Operation and calibration of QC Instruments related to product testing.
4. Testing and release of product samples by techniques such as:
• General tests (Physical appearance, pH, Color, Extractable volume, Osmolality, Conductivity, etc.).
• Gel Electrophoresis (IEF, SDS-PAGE, etc.).
• Colorimetric assays (Sialic acid, Quantification of Polysorbate 80 and Polysorbate-20, etc.).
• ELISA's (Host Cell derived Proteins, Protein A Leachate, etc.).
