Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Project Title : Asymmetric Total Synthesis of Anticancer Compounds – 3α-O-(β-D-Glucopyranosyl) desoxypodophyllotoxin, Propolisbenzofuran B and More
Emoluments : Rs. 31,000/PM for 1st and 2nd year & Rs. 35000/PM for 3rd year
Essential Qualification : Post Graduate degree in Chemistry with CSIR-UGC NET/NET-LS /GATE qualified.
Desirable Qualification/ Experience : Preference will be given to the candidates having research experiences (academic and/or industrial) in organic synthesis.
Duration of Fellowship : 3 years or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.*

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Project Title : G protein beta 5 (Gb5) regulates multipie chemotherapeutic drugs induced cardiotoxicity through an unifying Nox-ROS-CaMKll dependent mechanism
Emoluments : Rs. 25,000/PM for 1st and 2nd year & Rs. 28000/PM for 3rd year +HRA @20%
Essential Qualification : Post Graduate degree in Life Science with CSIR-UGC NET/NET-LS/GATE qualified.
Desirable Qualification/ Experience : Preference will be given to the candidates having research experiences (academic and/or industrial) in molecular biology.
Duration of Fellowship : 8 months or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.*

Project Title : Transition Metal Free One-Pot Tandem Synthesis of Medicinally Relevant N-Heterocycles Using DMSO as Carbon Source
Emoluments : Rs. 31,000/PM for 1st and 2nd year & Rs. 35000/PM for 3rd year
Essential Qualification : Post Graduate degree in Life Science with CSIR-UGC NET/NET-LS/GATE qualified.
Desirable Qualification/ Experience : Preference will be given to the candidates having research experiences (academic and/or industrial) in organic synthesis.

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Project Title : Tactile Perceptual Processing Performance of deaf and Hearing age group functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) study
Emoluments : Rs. 31,000/PM for 1st and 2nd year & Rs. 35000/PM for 3rd year +HRA @16%
Essential Qualification : Post Graduate degree in Life Science (Bioinformatics/ Neuroscience) or Engineering (Computer Science) with CSIR-UGC NET/NETLS/ GATE qualified.
Desirable Qualification/ Experience : Programming skills (e.g., C++, Matlab, Python) And Experience/ competent in working Window and Linux based programming.
Duration of Fellowship : 3 years or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.*

*The post is purely temporary, subject to the condition that the same may be terminated earlier on one month notice of either side. The post does not ensure to the selected candidate for any financial support after completion of the project.
