Post : Advance Business Analyst in Commercial Effectiveness for Multichannel Marketing

The position
• As an Advance Business Analyst, you must be the Backoffice Project Manager (PM) for special projects being run in International Operations (IO) region and must analyse Multi Channel Enterprise (MCE) status quo and help to develop target picture recommendations to push MCE boundaries.
• We expect you to co-activate the roll out of the MCE ecosystem in relevant markets and provide inhouse expertise and must facilitate and drive the cross-functional exchange within the MCE ecosystem stakeholders (e.g. Content Hub, Multichannel Hub). Additionally, you must support the implementation of required capabilities and must co-create best practice handbooks based on commercial relevance, market experience and support scale-up initiatives.
• Furthermore, you must be involved in field visits with local Key Account Managers (KAMs) for understanding of the market and must stay up-to-date on industry developments and consumer marketing trends to continuously evolve the MCE model. On the other hand, you must lead the consolidation and cataloguing of all the work done within GBS, IO and vendors from IQVIA, ZS, Actando and others.
• In addition to the above, you must prepare presentations and participate in meetings to deliver results and make recommendations and must independently execute tasks/projects with minimal supervision. Strengthen and build GBS Commercial Analytics intellectual property position and must develop operating manuals for the deliverables that have been assigned

Candidate Profile
• Master’s degree preferably within marketing, digital marketing or quantitative/management discipline from a well-recognised institute
• Under-graduate degree in Pharma (BPharm), Science/Biotechnology (BSc), Engineering (BTech) with good academic track records and grades
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Spanish/any other language is an added advantage
• 6+ years of experience and minimum 3 years of Multichannel/Digital Marketing experience, consumer goods industry/eCommerce/digital marketing agency experience will be an added advantage
• Proven track record developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns to achieve superior results, demonstrating data-driven thinking, customer orientation, and operational excellence
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders, primarily with customers, vendors, consultants and project teams. Consulting experience a plus
• Ability to support project with collaboration, data gathering, keeping the track of milestones etc
• Core Skills Required will be engagement management, campaign management, project management and program management support and coordination
• Functional Skills required will be project support and management; digital marketing, product management
• Technical skills required will be strong hold on VBA, advanced excel and Powerpoint, Working level knowledge of IQVIA databases and good with PPT storyboarding
• It will be an added advantage if you have SAP Business Warehouse or Business Objects, CRM/IO Engage, Marketing Automation tools e.g. salesforce, Veeva), Working level knowledge of IMS databases – Channel dynamics, Xponent, Plantrak, NPA, MIDAS, SFE Personnel data
