Recruitment for Pharmacists (06 posts) at ECHS - Government Job

Retired Armed Forces personnel till 2002 could avail medical facilities only for specific high cost surgery/treatment for a limited number of diseases covered under the Army Group Insurance(Medical Branch Scheme) (AGI(MBS)) and Armed Forces Group Insurance Scheme(Management Information System) (AFGIS (MIS)) schemes. These medicare schemes could provide some relief to the ESM, but it was not a comprehensive scheme as compared to and available for other Central Government Employees. Therefore, the requirement was felt of establishing a medicare system which could provide quality medicare to the retirees of the Armed Forces.

ECHS Sin Ceil Ambala-133001, invites applications to engage following staff on contractual basis for its polyclinics for a period of 11/12 months for civilians /ESMs respectively, renewable for additional period max of 11/12 months based on satisfactory performance in the first year

Age limit :
For Emp : 53
For Contractual : 55

Basic Qualification :
(i) B.Pharmacy from recognized Institute OR
(ii) (10+2) with science stream from Recognized board
(iii) Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from Recongnized by the Pharmacy Council of India and Registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948

Note
(1) Civil candidates can not apply in Vacs Reserved for Ex-Servicemen only.
(2) Duration for contractual employment in respect of ESM vacancies will be 12 months. Application from civil candidates against ESM Vacs will be accepted on provisional basis Civilian candidates will only be considered for employment if no, ESM has applied/ disqualified /found unlit for the post. Duration of contractual period for the civilians candidate selected against ESM vacancy will be 11 months.
(3) ESM/Civ candidates can apply in open vacancies. Duration of employment will be 12/11 months for open vacancies
