Post : Senior Consultant - Pharma Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities
• Participating in client engagement activity by understanding client’s requirements, preparing consulting proposals and support seniors in signing the consulting contract
• Diagnosing client’s problems, understanding the business environment and preparing the report/presentation
• Understanding client’s market environment and preparing market and consumer insights
• Leverage problem solving skills and framework to develop innovative and adaptive marketing strategies and brand plans
• Documenting developed solution, preparing reports/presentations and presenting it to the clients
• Supporting clients in implementing recommended solution by supervising, training, mentoring, providing decision support and measuring performance
• Helping clients in solving problems arises during the implementation process and building their capabilities
• Developing scientific content for marketing collateral and lead the design or development of recommended collateral as well as inputs
• Visiting and working at client location as and when required for consulting work
• Managing all project work and maintaining schedules for on-time delivery of the solutions
• Supporting seniors during the entire project life cycle
• Contributing to the repository of consulting processes and knowledge bank by preparing market insights, consumer insights and Whitepapers
• Contributing in promotional and branding activities of IKON through public speaking, article writing, media pitch and social media engagements
• Guiding and coaching junior consultants to develop their exceptional consulting capabilities

Candidate Profile
• B.Pharm + MBA in Marketing or Pharmaceutical Management
• Minimum 10 years of experience, in pharma marketing of branded medicines (Rx/OTC) with any reputed pharma company or with consulting firm
• Sound knowledge of pharmacology and latest research
• Expertise in developing pharmaceutical marketing strategies, product management and brand planning for domestic and international markets
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English and Hindi language
• Can travel across India & abroad as and when required for consulting work
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
• Effective project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Passion, personal alignment, and commitment to the mission of IKON
