Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Imaging Operations Lead is responsible for providing leadership and administrative support to the Process Manager and core groups
Key Accountabilities:
• Assist the Process Manager in overseeing core group tasks (e.g. Site Management, Global Queries, Image Processing)
• Assist Process Manager in the development and controlling of timelines and core group resource requirements
• Assist the Process Manager in leading the core group to meet project deliverables on time
• Develop and edit core group related procedure manuals
• Ensure core group team members are trained to follow core groups processes and procedures
• Act as the main point of contact for core group team members
• Assist Process Manager developing core group application requirements
• Assist Process Manager with managing core group monitoring reports
• Act as point of escalation for investigator sites and clients during absence of Process Manager

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in a biological science, health science, technology or pharmacy or equivalent work experience required
• Previous Medical Imaging experience preferred.
• Good knowledge on Clinical Trials preferred.
• Computer literate and familiar with the use of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation software and basic database applications
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail orientated
• Ability to effectively provide work direction to people
• Excellent delegation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent grasp of SOPs
• Clinical trial experience preferred
• Medical Imaging experience required
