Job Description
Given a clinical case, correct diagnosis, and relevant signs and symptoms as input derive the patho-physiology (illness script) of the diagnosis with respect to the clinical case This is an inference problem of how the disease affected a patient, given all the relevant information about the disease, signs, and symptoms in a patient and to arrive at the pathology, physiology and Organ information that resulted in the disease. This is different from clinical reasoning, since clinical reasoning identifies the diagnosis from signs of symptoms given a clinical case. In this specific problem, given the diagnosis and all relevant information, identifying the causation and associated mechanism of the disease is the problem attempted.
