Job Description
• Incumbent will be directly responsible for the successful operations of the retail outlets.
• Inventory Management - timey indenting of items / stock monitoring etc.
• Business development and sales promotion activities related to the pharmacy outlets.
• Plan, administer, organize, and successfully implementing all activities in relation to the pharmacy operations.
• Managing and rendering assistance to the technical and professional personnel.
Requirements
Maximum Age: 40 years as on 01/02/2018.
Consolidated pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): For Manager - Rs.30, 000 to 50, 000 per month / For Deputy Manager - Rs.25, 000 to 45, 000 per month. (The consolidated pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate. The consolidated pay will be inclusive of all allowances and benefits).
Candidate Profile
Qualification: Essential: B.Pharm / MBA Post Qualification
Experience: Essential: Minimum 3 years experience in Retail Business / Pharmaceutical industry as second line manager
