Tasks:
The person will be responsible for:
1) The successful management of Diagnostic Centre and Poly Clinic & Overall supervision of operation of the centre
2) Ensuring Profitable operation of the centre
3) Business development and marketing activity
4) Ensuring timely collection of receivables
5) Inventory management
6) Maintaininggood inter personal relationship & Handling employee related issues
7) Ensure compliance with all statutory and policy requirements and procedures for operating the diagnostic centre and polyclinic
8) Implementation of SOP's and obtaining quality certification / accreditation for the centre within one year
9) Ensuring customer satisfaction and building customer confidence in the operation of the centre
10) Ensuring operational efficiency of the centre
11) Providing accurate and timely information to top management for appropriate decision making.
12) Monitoring daily activities and preparation for daily/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual MIS reports pertaining to Centre
13) Staff training
14) Ensuring calibration of timely maintenance of all equipments and accessories
15) Ensuring safe operation in the centre
16) Other duties assigned by management from time to time
Requirements
Maximum Age: 40 Years as on 01/01/2016
Scale of Pay (For Regular appointment): Rs.16400-40500
Annual CTC: Rs.6.7 lakhs (approx.) at the minimum of the scale
Qualification:
Essential:MBA (Hospital Management / Administration) / MHA / MSc Healthcare & Hospital Management
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum 5 Years experience in Diagnostic Centre / Hospital Management
