Shree Dhanvantary Pharmaceutical Analysis and Research Centre (SDPARC) is a contract research organization established in 2006 and is managed by RIBOSOME PHARMA PVT. LTD., Surat. SDPARC offers a wide range of analytical & research services for small, medium and large scale pharmaceutical, ayurvedic, bulk drug, chemical, food and cosmetic industries. The centre is approved by the Food and Drug Control Administration (FDCA), Gujarat state as a public testing laboratory and is spread over 8,000 sq. ft. area.
The center is equipped with state of the art analytical facilities to cater to the needs of our clients and provides accurate, prompt and cost-effective analytical services in compliance with cGMP, GMP and various pharmacopeia guidelines. The center is working with valuable customers to the tune of more than 350. Developed more than 42 DMFs on various molecules and validated several analytical methods for assay, related substances and residual solvents. SDPARC also provides Preclinical animal testing services according to ISO, OECD, GLP and various Pharmacopoeial guidelines.

Job Responsibilities & Required Skills

i) QA EXECUTIVE
1. Design and execute a Quality Assurance Program at Test Facility.
2. Day to day management of QA activities.
3. Review of study plans, study reports, SOPs, calibration records etc.
4. Managing sponsor audits.
5. Identify the relevant QA / GLP training needs and opportunities.
6. Ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective action.
7. Other duties as assigned.

ii) AR&D / QC EXECUTIVE
1. Day to day management of QC activities.
2. Experimental work on analytical instruments i.e. HPLC, GC, IR, UV spectrophotometer etc.
3. Active Participation in sponsor audits.
4. Ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective action.
5. Other duties as assigned.

iii) CHEMICAL SECTION EXECUTIVE
1. Day to day management of Chemical Analysis Section activities.
2. Experimental Work in chemical analysis wet laboratory.
3. Active Participation in sponsor audits.
4. Ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective action.
5. Other duties as assigned.

iv) STORE SECTION EXECUTIVE
1. Day to day management of Central Store Section.
2. Maintaining inventory control of chemicals and other materials in store room.
3. Issuance and record keeping of materials in store section and all items in archive.
4. Active Participation in sponsor audits.
5. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERTISE / SKILLS:
1. Good knowledge of Quality Management System and regulations.
2. Good knowledge of GLP / GDP / GMP etc.
3. Proven ability to exercise good judgment and effectively balance work and changing priorities.
4. Ability to finish the assigned task within pre-determined time line.
5. Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

Candidate Profile
For QA EXECUTIVE:
B.Pharm. / M.Pharm. / M.Sc. with atleast 2 years of experience

For QC EXECUTIVE:
B.Pharm. / M.Pharm. / M.Sc. with atleast 2 years of work experience in handling of analytical instruments i.e. HPLC, GC, AAS, UV spectrophotometer etc.

For CHEMICAL SECTION EXECUTIVE
B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) with experience in relevant area

For STORE SECTION EXECUTIVE
Any science graduate with relevant experience
