Job Description
As part of GE India’s strategy to achieve commercial excellence and drive growth, we are developing a pipeline of strong sales/marketing leaders through the Commercial Leadership Program (CLP). CLP offers a core curriculum that fosters the development of commercial skills and techniques that are critical to success in GE. CLP prepares candidates for a successful career in sales/marketing or commercial operations by providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and customers.
Essential Responsibilities
The CLP is a 24 month rotational program that develops marketing and sales skills through a strong core curriculum and challenging assignments. CLP Program employees undergo three varied challenging assignments or ‘rotations’ of 8 months duration each, in GE Healthcare. These rotations are stretch assignments that give the employee exposure to different facets of Sales/ Marketing & build their business knowledge & commercial skills. The program provides candidates with valuable training, experience and exposure to a team of motivated colleagues and helpful assignment leads that can build skills which can lead to career acceleration.
Candidate Profile
• MBA Degree with 2-3 years of prior work experience
• Minimum GPA 3.0 or higher on a 5.0 scale
