Post: A.M/Sr. Executive (Quality and Compliance) – GPVD
Job Description
- To write, implement, review and updating of department Standard Operating Procedures/working instructions/guidance documents
- To conduct internal process audits and external site audits to assess compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
- To conduct internal SOP and subject matter trainings for Pharmacovigilance personnel and induction of newly joined personnel.
- Assist in hoisting of audits from external agencies and regulatory inspections.
- Continual monitoring to ensure that the Pharmacovigilance activities (ICSRs/PSURs) are carried out and reported in compliance with SOPs and regulatory regulations.
- To control generation and issuance of logbooks and controlled documents in chronological order
- Archival and documentation as per Good documentation Practices
- Establishing and maintaining QMS at GPVD
