Job Description:

Taking the requirement of the material (RM. PM , Engineering and Consumable) as per plan from Production
Preparation of the PO and taking the approval of PO from authorized person
Send the approved PO to vendor related required material.
Taking the follow up with vendor to delivery of the material
Check the availability of the material and convince the vendor to send the consignment on urgent basis
Preparation of monthly MIS report
Ensuring the proper receiving of the RM and PM as per PO
Ensuring the issuance of the RM and PM as per SOP
Ensuring the timely submission of the received invoices to account with complete documentation
Ensure the daily calibration of the weighing scale
Personnel’s from Biological Operation with vaccine background having good exposure of GMP environment are preferred.
