Qualification: B.Sc./ B.pharmacy graduate with MBA or equivalent qualification
Experience: 15 - 20 years of experience with Diabetes/Cardiovascular portfolio
Requirements:
Proven track record of leading a large, geographically diverse sales team, including at least 2 years of experience overseeing half of India with a positive P&L outcome.
Expertise in developing sales strategies, financial acumen, performance management, strategic project leadership, building & nurturing stakeholder relationships.
Excellent KOL connect among Endocrinologists, Cardiologistis, & Diabetologists. Ability to drive innovative scientific initiatives and customer-centric activities.
