Qualification : 1. Bachelor of Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy
2. Registration of Gujarat Pharmacy Counseling.
3. Must have basic computer knowledge.
Age limit : 45 years
Salary : Rs. 16,000/-
Pharmacist (Primary Health Care Level)
No of posts : 04
Qualification : 1. Bachelor of Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy
2. Registration of Gujarat Pharmacy Counseling.
3. Must have basic computer knowledge.
Age limit : 45 years
Salary : Rs. 16,000/-
Important tips on online form filling
• Candidate's application received online at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in only will be accepted. Applications received through RPAD, Speed Post, Courier or Ordinary Post will not be accepted.
• A photocopy of the original document in a legible and legible manner must be uploaded in the software, if illegible, illegible documents are uploaded.
• The application will be considered cancelled.
• Applications with incomplete details will be invalid.
• Candidate cannot apply more than once
• Practical examination of computer will be conducted in that cadre if required by the office.
• Correspondence for the said post will be done from this office through e-mail only. So that all the candidates have their e-mail id. Especially those currently in operation should be shown.
• Before applying online for the said posts, every candidate has to study the educational qualification, experience, age etc. for the post as mentioned in the health partner portal and apply online.
• The age limit will be calculated on the last date of acceptance of application mentioned in the advertisement for age limit i.e. in case of all candidates the status of last date of acceptance of application mentioned in advertisement for age limit :-28/12/2024 will be taken into consideration.
• All final decisions relating to appointments such as increment or decrement of posts, cancellation of recruitment process or the like shall rest with the Mission Director and Chief District Health Officer, Chotaudepur.
