Qualification : B.Sc./ B.pharmacy graduate with MBA or equivalent qualification
Experience : 15 - 20 years of experience with Cardiovascular portfolio/ Diabetes portfolio
Requirements :
• Proven track record of leading a large, geographically diverse sales team, including at least 2 years of experience overseeing half of India with consistent performance, growth and positive P&L outcome
• Expertise in developing sales strategies, financial acumen, performance management, strategic leadership, building & nurturing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent KOL connect among Cardiologists, Endocrinologist, & Diabetologists. Ability to drive innovative scientific initiatives and customer-centric activities.
