Following the orders of Shri Director, Health and Family Welfare Department & Mission Director, National Health Mission Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, applications are invited for the following posts on contract and outsourcing basis on merit and reservation basis for working in Urban Primary Health Centers in Visakhapatnam for a period of one year under the aegis of District Medical and Health Department, Visakhapatnam.
Post : Pharmacist Gr-II (contract)
No of posts : 02
Salary (Per Month) : 23,393/-
Education qualification : 1) Must possess SSC or its equivalent examination recognized by Govt. of A.P.
2) Pass in D.Pharma/ B.Pharma (or)
3) Intermediate vocational course in Pharmacy recognized by Government of AP.
4) Must be registered with the A.P. Pharmacy Council.
5) In case of candidate possess both D.Pharma and B.Pharma, the maximum percentage secured in any of the above shall be considered.
Note : It is to be noted that the number of vacancies for the said posts is subject to change. Therefore, interested candidates are requested to apply in the prescribed format submit their application along with relevant documents to the office of the District Medical Health Officer, Visakhapatnam by 05.00 PM on or before 10.12.2024.
