Job Description
• Fluent English Communication and Understanding of UK and US accent
• Acceptable to work in rotational shift (including night shift) to provide 24/7 availability per client requirements
• Handling of calls from consumers, healthcare professionals
• Able to identify adverse events, special situation events and product complaints
• Data Entry of ICSRs from various sources such as Regulatory/ Literature/ Company/ Business partner/ MLM/ Clinical trial cases, etc.
• Hands-on experience on global safety databases such as ARGUS, ARISg, or any other global safety database Updating relevant forms, trackers and templates
