Post : F&D Lead (Middle Senior Level, ACM / DCM)
Having following opportunities for our Unit-2 (US-FDA approved) for very passionate, dynamic and strong leadership roles in different areas. Markets : US-FDA, MHRA, UK, TGA, Health Canada.
• Comprehensive exposure to Formulation development including - Solid oral dosage forms like tablets (IR tablet, SR tablet, enteric coated tablet, Bilayer Tablet), Liquid dosage forms (Syrup, Suspension, Semisolid dosage forms (Cel)
• Minimum 30+ product development and 20+ AN DA filing experience from R&D perspective.
• Minimum 7+ Years of experience in Middle management (Team leader). Handled team size of 10+ persons with effective timeline and output.
• To planning & experiment of various Lab batches, Optimization batches, with Scale up, Scale down batches and Existing batches. Well verse with complete life cycle of the product i.e. Development to Approval and sound understanding about different regulated market requirements.
• Formulation, development, optimization and validation of batches.
• Successful Scale up, approval and commercialization of Pellets in capsules, IR, ER Tablets, and Liquid Oral Suspensions.
• Strong technical knowledge along with leadership skills in a matrix organization Successfully responded the US, EU agency queries during the product approval lifecycle.
• Handled client based projects with effective timelines.
