Terms of contract
1. Candidates for the above posts will be selected for one year contract based post. As per requirement, the contract period can be extended by one year every year on the basis of evaluation of the work of the selected candidates.
2. The contract agreement can be terminated by the selection authority without giving any reason by giving one month advance notice or paying one month honorarium to the candidates selected on the basis of contract. Candidates selected on contract basis will be paid the honorarium determined by the state government.
3. No facility/allowance will be admissible to them as per the facility/allowance provided to permanent servants by the State Government.
4. Candidates selected on contract basis will not claim service confirmation in future and the claim will not be valid.
Application Process
It is mandatory for the candidate to send the following documents (as per the post and qualification) along with the application form: - (If the documents are not attached, the application will not be considered) and incorrect, incomplete, unwritten and unclear applications will not be considered. . It is mandatory to attach all the documents sequentially.
1. Original application, including two self-attested photographs.
2. Self-signed original copy of fee documents deposited in the bank.
3. Self-attested copy of matriculation admit card, mark sheet and original certificate.
4. Self-attested copy of Intermediate admit card, mark sheet and original certificate.
5. Self-attested copy of admit card, certificate and original certificate of qualification related to technical education.
6. Self-attested copy of the admit card, mark sheet and original certificate related to graduation or its equivalent qualification. (As per desired qualification)
7. Self-attested copy of mark sheet and original certificate of qualification related to higher education. (As per desired qualification)
8. Candidates who have CGPA score in their educational qualification will have to submit CGPA Conversion Chart of the concerned institute.
9. Self-attested copy of certificate related to work experience. (There will be luck only if the work experience matches the desired post and qualification). Work experience will be valid only after the date of obtaining the desired qualification.
10. Uncertified copy of computer related certificate. (As per desired qualification)
11. Self-attested copy of residential certificate or caste certificate issued by the competent authority for claiming reservation.
12. The registered application form can be sent to the office of the District Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, Palamu. It is mandatory to clearly mention the name of the post applied for and the post code in block letters on the envelope.
Application fee
For each post, a fee of Rs 400/- for General Category/SC/Backward/Extremely Backward Class applicants and Rs 200/- for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe applicants, account number 0107000190950428 (IFSC Code- PUNB0010700) It will be mandatory to deposit in the account of Punjab National Bank, Medinigarh, Palamu. It will be mandatory to attach a copy (original) of the receipt for depositing the prescribed fee with the application form. Applications not accompanied by a copy of the receipt (original) or without fee will not be considered.
Selection Process
1 Candidates will be selected on the basis of academic and technical marks and total marks obtained in one or more of the written examination, skill test and interview as per requirement.
2. Selected candidates will be evaluated on the basis of a total of 100 marks, out of which 60 marks will be based on the marks obtained in educational and technical qualifications and the remaining 40 marks will be based on one or more of the written examination, skill test and interview as per requirement. Ultimately the decision of the District Selection Committee will be accepted for evaluation.
3. After submission of application, any kind of information will be informed from time to time through the district website palamu.nic.in.
4. All points of district level reservation will be followed in the selection process.
5. Changes in the vacancies communicated may be made before completion of the selection process.
6. Candidates will be selected according to the vacancy in the merit list prepared on the basis of the selection process. This merit list will be valid for the next one year.
7. It is mandatory for candidates to send separate applications for more than one post in separate envelopes specifying the post code.
8. For those candidates who will not submit the CGPA chart given by the institute, their marks will be calculated by multiplying the CGPA obtained between 01 to 10 by 10 and by multiplying the CGPA obtained between 01 to 05 by 20.
9. In the process of selection, the local policy implemented by the Personnel and Administrative Reforms and State Language Department, Government of Jharkhand will be followed in letter and spirit.
10 Necessary amendments can be made in the conditions of appointment as per requirement by the District Selection Committee.
