Job Description
• Ensuring availability during sales as per requirements of the regulatory markets.
• Analyzing data to address various scenarios and business opportunities.
• FG Inventory management at all levels as per norms.
• Planning (R- Requirements) generation and working in coordination with supply planning teams to level the requirements of ‘R’ as per supply constraints to address sales continuity.
• Resolving supply constraints (exploring various alternatives for supply / batch size changes etc.) in coordination with supply planning and manufacturing teams for medium to long term.
• Reviewing commitments like confirmed manufacturing plan provided by supply planning teams-identifying the reasons impacting finished goods availability.
• Conducting MPRM, campus S&OP, E-S&OP & S&OP forums.
Candidate Profile
• B. Pharm / M.Sc. / MBA with 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Having review meeting with Business leads on critical project statuses.
• Ensuring that markets are informed on supply situations for monthly and short/medium term range.
• Participating in marketing review meeting and escalating / resolving concerns related to forecasting variations, non-moving inventories, and budgets vs. current trends, etc.
• Aligning with external agency for Demand planning automation tool & its accuracy.
Candidates should have proficiency in SAP, strong communication and interpersonal skills and effective negotiation skills. They should also have proficiency in MIS, MS Excel and PPT. They would be reporting to Senior Manager.
