We seek highly motivated, creative, and results-oriented scientists with relevant experience in synthetic and medicinal chemistry. The candidate should have an excellent understanding of the fundamentals of organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry chemical lab safety, and compliance; prior experience in a multi-disciplinary research environment in industry or academia is a plus.
Qualifications : Ph.D. in Chemistry (Synthetic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry) with 2 to 10 plus years of experience in chemical synthesis and expertise in devising and executing multistep complex synthesis, parallel synthesis, and diverse chemical technologies. Excellent communication, project leadership, and people management skills are a must.
