Post : Director - Business Development
Experience : 8 to 10 years of business development experience in CRO industry (Specifically in Medical Writing services domain], or Medical Writing organizations
Key Responsibilities
• Support business development activities to win new medical writing business, and grow existing accounts by presenting solutions and services to clients
• Lead strategic business planning process based on a thorough understanding of industry trends and opportunities and effectively solve strategic challenges
• Responsibility for the tasks (ex. promote services, engage with clients and prospects, and collect competitive intel) involved in conferences in European region
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in complete sales lifecycle management right from lead generation/qualification, proposal submission, negotiations. Project management and account growth
• Accountable for achieving sales and revenue targets for Medical Writing domain
• Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate, ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system
