A “Walk-in-Interview” has been scheduled to be held at Division of Livestock Products Technology, ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar Bareilly (UP) on 5th, January 2022 at 11.00 AM for engagement of One Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Junior Fellow in Food Safety & Applied Nutrition (JFFan) in FSSAI funded project entitled “Network of Scientific Cooperation for Food Safety & Applied Nutrition (NetSCoFAN) project.
The engagement is purely temporary on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project. The engagement will be liable for termination at any time in case of unsatisfactory performance of the candidate. There will be no provision of absorption/ re-employment in ICAR/ ICAR-IVRI or FSSAI on termination of the project. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview and no separate letter will be issued.
Essential Qualification : (i) First Class Masters or equivalent post graduate degree in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Food Science / Food Technology or any other related discipline of Biological Sciences. OR
(ii) First Class M.VSc/ M.Tech in Microbiology/ Public Health / Biotechnology / Epidemology / Livestock Products Technology/ Biomedical Sciences/ Bio-Engineering/ Food Science/ Food Technology or allied discipline.
Desirable : NET/GATE qualification. Knowledge of computer applications including web-searching, MS-Office and report writing
Age Limit : 30 years (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Women as Govt. Norms)
Duration of the Project : Likely up to Dec., 2022.
Emoluments : Rs. 31,000/- PM + HRA (as per Central Govt. norms).
Selection Procedure : Candidates fulfilling required qualification may appear directly for “Walk-in-Interview” scheduled on 5th January, 2022. Candidates appearing for interview should reach to the Division of Livestock Products Technology, ICAR-IVRI, Izatnagar (Bareilly) by 10.45 AM. Candidates attending interview are required to bring recent complete bio-data (containing name, age, contact details, qualification, and experience), NET certificate, research publications, original certificates, one photocopy of certificates and two passport size photographs.
