Eligibility Criteria : Candidate must have passed +2 Science Examination under council of higher secondary education, Odisha / Equivalent and Diploma in Pharmacy from any of the three (03) medical college and Hospitals of the state / any other recognized private institutions duly approved by AICTE and examination conducted by the Odisha Pharmacy Board and He/She must have registered his or her name in Pharmacist Council in the state and have possessed valid registration certificate as on the date of advertisement.
General Information and Instruction
1. The above positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the position.
2. Application without No-Objection Certificate', Experience Certificate' and ’Caste Certificate' from concerned authority will not be accepted. NOC and EC must be specific for the post applied for.
3. Selection shall be made on the highest length of incumbency in the same post under OSH&FW Society and as per reservation category applicable for the post if any as per ORV ACT .
4. If any candidate is found to have suppressed any material information or furnished false information/documents, his/her case shall not be considered for the post applied for and in case already engaged on the basis of the said information/documents, his/her service shall be terminated from the Society forthwith.
5. No personal correspondence / queries will be entertained. All communication will be made through e-mail / official website/Notice Board.
6. The selection will be made as per the guideline provided by Mission Directorate, NHM Odisha time to time.
7. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel any or all the application/positions at any stage of recruitment process without assigning any reason thereof.
