Preferential Qualification : One year experience in managing drug store in a reputed hospital/health center recognized by Govt,
• Candidates should be well conversant with various computer programming including MS Word. Excel and simple statistical packages

Conditions of Selection
(i) They will be contracted to work against the accepted honorarium on the basis of contract. Apart from the honorarium, no other amount will be paid. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased as per the requirement.
(ii) The contract shall be tenable for one year. It can be extended for a period of one year depending on their efficiency as per the requirement.
(iii) Maximum age limit for selection Date : 01.12.2021, Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language, Jharkhand's Memorandum No. 15 / Policy Ni-07-04 / 2015 0 29 / Ranchi. In the light of 04.01.2021 :

(iv) The contract can be terminated by giving one month's notice or one month's honorarium to the contracted persons on the basis of the contract.
(v) It will be mandatory for the candidates contracted on contract basis to submit Indemnity Bond to the effect that they will not claim for regular appointment.
(vi) The candidates who are presenting the CGPA Score-Card for Educational Qualification will be required to submit the CGPA Conversion Chart along with the Mark-sheet.
(vii) District reservation roster points will be followed. Horizontal reservation will be admissible for different categories of persons with disabilities in the light of the instructions and applicability contained in the resolution memo number 2249 dated 03.04.2018 of the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi.
(viii) For the benefit of locality and reservation, it will be mandatory to attach a certificate issued by the competent authority.
(ix) For applying for more than one post, it will be mandatory for the applicant to apply separately.
(x) In the above appointment, the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms and Official Language, Government of Jharkhand Resolution No. 14 / Locality Policy - 14-04 / 2018 of 0-821, the locality policy applicable from 05.02.2021 will be fully complied with. Preference will be given to the candidates of Jharkhand State.

(xi) In the light of campaign director, National Health Mission, Jharkhand, Ranchi's letter no. 1135 (MD), dated 24.04.2021, the honorarium (Rs. Per month) has been fixed according to the approved amount of monthly honorarium for the respective posts. In future, the departmental guidelines regarding honorarium will be followed/increased or reduced accordingly.
(xii) The decision of the Committee in the appointment process shall be final and binding.
(xiii) The terms and conditions of the advertisement can be amended as required by the committee.
(xiv) No personal correspondence/contact will be entertained in connection with the appointment.
(xv) The application, complete in all respects, may be submitted in a sealed cover by registered post/speed post to the office of the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Dumka.
