The Government have issued orders to recruit Pharmacist Gr-II/Lab. Technician Gr-II on Contract basis and Data Entry Operator, E.C.G. Technician Dark Room Assistant, Lab. Attendant, Female Nursing Orderlies and Stretcher Bearer on Out-sourcing basis for fill up of existing vacancies and newly created posts in GOVT. HOSPITAL FOR CHEST AND C.D., VISAKHAPATNAM with the consolidated pay per month as mentioned against each post.

Educational Qualifications
a) Candidate must have passed SSC or its equivalent exam and must have passed Dip. In Pharmacy (or) Bachelor of Pharmacy from the recognized institution. Must have Registered with Andhra Pradesh Paramedical Council with up-to-date renewal.
a) Intermediate(with science group) Marks memorandum b) Date of Birth(SSC Certificate) c) Latest online Caste Certificate c) 4-10th Study Certificates e) Experience Certificate in Govt.Service on contract basis/outsourcing basis h) Aadhar Card i)PH Certificate latest(SADAREM) and any other certificates. Candidates must have computer application know computer knowledge for attending e-Aushadhi work.
AGE : The minimum and maximum age shall be recooked as on 01-11-2021with relaxations allowed by the Government. The candidates should not have completed 42 years of age as on 01-11-2021.
a) For SCs/STs/BCs/EWSs candidates’ relaxation will be for 5 years
b) For Ex-servicemen 3 years in addition to the length of service in armed forces
c) For Physically challenged persons 10 years
RULE OF RESERVATION :
The General Rule 22 and 22-A of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules will apply including women reservation for contract posts and for outsourcing posts, the rule of reservation as indicated in G.O.Ms.nO.126 GAD Dept. dated 4-11-2019 will be followed.
INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES
1. The appointments are purely temporary and on contract / outsourcing basis as mentioned above.
2. The candidates should work in Govt. Hospital for Chest and C.D., Visakhapatnam or in any other place according to the need of the department
3. The candidates should reside at their Bonafedeheadquarters.
Selection Process
a) Total Marks – 100
b) 75% marks will be allocated against marks obtained in the qualifying examination i.e., Aggregate of Marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination.
c) Weightageup to 15% marks will be given to the Staff Nursing in 104 (MMU) and also working in HDS/CDS/Arogyasri-HCT, Trauma Care, APSACS and other GOI schemes on contract/Outsourcing basis with the conditions as show at “para-B”
d) Upto 10 marks @1.0 mark per each completed year after passing of requisite qualification to the said post
PARTICULARS OF WEIGHTAGE FOR 15 MARKS AS SHOWN

a) 2.5 marks six months in Tribal Area
b) 2.0 marks for six months in Rural Area
c) 1.0 mark for six months in Urban Area
d) 5.0 Marks for six months COVID-19 Service
e) No marks will be given for the service rendered less than six months
f) The candidates who were terminated from Contract/outsourcing service on any
disciplinary grounds/adverse remarks will not be considered.

Attested copies of the following certificates to be enclosed as shown in the serial order.
1. Passed Marks of all subjects of both Academic and Technical qualifications.
2. Inter Vocational candidates should submit Intermediate marks and Bridge curse marks
3. Provisional Pass Certificates
4. SSC or its equivalent certificate for evidence of Date of Birth
5. Latest Caste certificate issued by the Tahsildar concerned.
6. Study certificate from 4th to 10th class issued by the concerned school authorities or residence certificate for seven years preceding to SSC in case of private study.
7. Certificate of Registration in A.P. Paramedical board for the candidates applies for post of Pharmacists Gr-II, Lab. Technician Gr-II, ECG Technician, Dark Room Assistant etc.,
8. Physically Handicapped Certificate (SADAREM only) in respect of candidates claiming reservation under P.H. quota.
