Production - Ophthalmic / Vial Line

Officer / Senior Officer (Ophthalmic / Vial Line)
Areas
• Autoclave Exposure, Aseptic Manufacturing Processing, Filling, Bulk Manufacturing (Sterile /Non Sterile)
• SOP, BMR, BPR Preparation, CIP/SIP process
• Preferable working experience is familiar with isolator
• Aseptic & Controlled area (Sealing, Filling, Production QMS, Autoclave, Batch Manufacturing, intervention, filtration, etc.)
Qualification : B.Pharma / M.Pharma
Experience : 2 to 6 Years

Operator (Ophthalmic / Vial Line)
Areas
• Autoclave & Exposure in Validation
• Operation validation of Vial washing & Tunnel
• Filling & Sealing machine, Operation CIP&SIP process and validation
• Familiar with Isolator, Aseptic Processing, Filling & Media fill
Qualification : ITI / Diploma
Experience : 2 to 8 Years

Production - OSD

Operator (OSD)
Areas
• RMG (Make - Tapasya), FBD (Make - ACG), FBP Top and Bottom Spray
Qualification : D.Pharma / Diploma / B.Sc./12th With ITI
Experience : 2 to 8 Years

Officer / Senior Officer (OSD)
Areas
• RMG, FBD, FBP top and bottom spray
• Handling of Deviation, Incident, CAPA, 00T, OOS
• Exposure of Coating Capsule, Inspection
Qualification : Bachelor in Pharmacy
Experience : 2 to 8 Years

Quality Control - (Injectable + OSD)

Officer / Executive (OSD & Sterile Injectable)
Areas
• Analytical Instruments HPLC, GC - for Assay, RS & Dissolution
• RM / FG & Stability. Handling of LIMS, Empower & SAP
• Dissolution for Oral Solid Dosage and Sterile Injectable (Tablets, Capsules, Vials, BFS)
• Handling of LCMS, GCMS & Ion chromatography analysts, Validation, Analysis, Compliance & QMS
Qualification : B. Pharma / M. Sc
Experience : 1 to 8 Years
