Note:
1. Number of posts and/or reservation may change.
2. These posts are purely contractual and not State Government's regular posts. Appointed candidate cannot claim for regularisation on regular post.
3. Remuneration is a consolidated pay.
4. Preference will be given to those having work experience in NHM.
5. Only short listed candidates will be eligible for further selection procedure. Commissioner, Health Services and Mission Director, National Health Mission, Mumbai reserves the right to adopt suitable selection procedure.
6. Selected candidates are liable to be posted at any district/office/location in Maharashtra State.
7. Appointment of selected candidates will be for the period of 11 months which likely to be extended if performance is satisfactory subject to continuation of project/pro^ramme. If the project/programme is not extended, contract will be terminated without any notice and candidate cannot claim any right on the post or posting or cannot file any litigation regarding the employment protection.
8. Age criteria will be relaxed by 5 years for existing NHM employee, only for those who have served at least three continuous contract periods of 11 months each.
9. All required qualification must be of full time courses from Government recognised university. No educational qualification from Open Universities
10. Candidate should possess required minimum educational qualification on the last date of receipt of application.
11. Experience acquired after passing minimum educational qualification required for particular post will only be considered. Experience not relevant to the post will be ignored.
12. Preference will be given to those with relevant higher qualification and experience. Experience will be relaxed if sufficient candidates are not For MBBS/PG Qualification candidates, service under NHM is considered as bonded service.
13. Candidate is required to fill up and submit Small Family Declaration Form at the time of interview/appointment. In case it is found that the candidate is not fullfiiiing this norm, his candidature/appointment will be cancelled immediately.

14. Candidate has to fill online application form by clicking link provided at website nrhm.maharashtra.gov.in & arogya.maharashtra.gov.in . Information once submitted in Online form will be final and can not be edited.
15. Therefore, candidate must ensure that he has filled correct information and data before finaly submitting it. No request for change in data will be entertained.
16. If Candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, he/she should apply separately for each post.

18. Since candidate has to fill online application, no need to attach copies of certificates, documents, photos etc. However, Candidate has to submit all original documents, certificates etc at the time of counseling along with self-attested copies of all educational certificates/experience/caste etc. It at all it is found that candidate has submitted wrong information in Online Form will his/her candidature The Appointing Authority i.e., Commissioner, Health Services Si Mission Director, National Health Mission, Mumbai reserves all rights to modify, to add or to delete any of the condition and reserves the right to cancel the process of recruitment at any point of time will be rejected summarily.
